By registering or using the services provided on AXENPRINT (All Online Work), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our platform immediately.

2. User Accounts & Registration

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration (Retailer/Distributor).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, OTPs, and password confidential.
• Any activity conducted through your registered account will be considered your direct responsibility.

3. Registration Fee & Wallet Payments

• Account activation fee (if applicable) is automatically deducted upon your first successful wallet recharge.
• All wallet recharges must be made via authorized payment gateways available on the platform.
• Registration fees are non-refundable once the account is activated.

4. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

We strictly prohibit any illegal or unauthorized usage of our platform. Users agree NOT to:

• Submit fraudulent or forged documents for processing.
• Attempt to bypass security protocols, hack, or overload our systems.
• Use automated scripts or bots to extract data from the portal.

5. Service Availability & Termination

AXENPRINT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms is detected.
